Fantini Mosaici is synonymous the world–over for hand-made, customised projects that represent the best of 'Made In Italy'.
Domenico Fantini, a local mosaic artisan, established the company in Milan in 1900. Ever since the establishment of Fantini Mosaici, the atelier has continuously created unique hand-made artistic mosaics for luxury properties, five-star hotels, retail boutiques, presidential palaces and religious buildings throughout the world.
In 2004 the Office of the late HH Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of The Works Department, Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) invited Fantini Mosaici to work on a project whose scope represented one of the company’s most considerable challenges to date. Fantini Mosaici decided to proceed, having carefully considered the design specifications, client’s aspirations and complex project requirements. The late HH Sheikh Sultan was led and inspired by his father’s vision for building the Grand Mosque.
